CANCELLATION POLICY

I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Last minute cancelations appointments are subject to be charged 100% of your scheduled service cost unless charged a non-refundable deposit. There will be a 15 minute grace period after your appointment start time… If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the booked service cost. If you are more then 5 minutes late you will be charged a $8 late fee. After 10 minutes you will be charged a dollar for every minute until you arrive if you have texted or called me to let me know you’re coming. No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service cost on top of the non-refundable deposit. If you no show or cancel last minute and your card declines, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the missed service before any future bookings. No showing more than once will result in a ban. My goal is to service guests to the best of my ability, and never intend to charge, so all I ask is for your complete communication to avoid any unwanted situations. I do have a no refund policy. Any appointments booked after open hours will be charged an after hours fee of $10.
